To acquire a stake, follow these steps:
Collecting Tokens
Forus clients and partners have automatically been accumulating tokens in their account since April 11, 2022. By using the services of Forus Taxi for a value of 100 EUR, you redeem 1 US Token. You can see the accumulated tokens in the Forus Taxi app, where you will also find a question asking if you want to continue collecting tokens in the future.
You have two choices:
- By answering “YES,” you continue to collect tokens and can see their amount in real-time in the same app.
- By answering “NO,” all previously collected tokens will be deleted from your account, and we will not show them to you until you express a desire to join our token program again.
Opening a Token Account
During the collection of tokens, you do not have to be personally identified yet, as the collection is based on the person’s email address or phone number.
You can use the rights derived from the US Token to obtain a share or trade tokens once you are registered as a token owner in our official registrar KOOS’s environment. To open a token account, you need to log into KOOS’s environment and undergo the identification process. You can open an account at your convenience, but no later than 30.06.2027 at 23:59 EET. If you do not wish to use the right to exchange tokens for a share yourself, you can designate a so-called beneficiary, i.e., a person who can obtain the company’s share on your behalf with the tokens you have collected.
There may be restrictions set in the US Token terms and/or KOOS’s environment on who can open a token account. These restrictions may also change over time. You can learn more about KOOS on their website.
Trading Tokens
You can buy, sell, and exchange the collected US Tokens within the community of all other US Token owners. To transfer your tokens to another person, the transferrer must have at least 1 US Token, and the buyer at least 1 US Token. Tokens can be transferred and received only after both sides have created an account with our registrar koos.io. Transferring is very simple. Open the US Token view in the Forus Taxi app, click on “Transfer US Token,” fill in the required fields, and you can transfer the US Tokens. Our solution currently does not support the making of agreements between parties, but in the future, we will also create this functionality.
Acquiring a Stake
You can acquire a stake if you have collected tokens and opened a token account in KOOS’s environment by no later than 30.06.2027 at 23:59 EET, and have made the corresponding application and other necessary actions. The stake will be formalized by no later than 30.11.2027.

How can I transfer my tokens?
- To transfer your tokens to another person, the transferrer must have at least 1 US Token, and the buyer at least 1 US Token.
- Tokens can only be transferred and received after creating an account with our registrar at koos.io. (see how to create an account here)
- Open the US Token view in the Forus Taxi app and press ““Transfer US Token” “.
- Fill in all the required fields.
- Press the “Transfer” button, enter the verification code sent to you, and the transfer is done.
How do I register an account in the koos.io environment?
On the Koos.io lpage, you can register an account if you have started collecting US Tokens and have actually collected them.
- Go to koos.io jand log in with your phone number. Use the same number with which you registered on the Forus Taxi app, as tokens are collected on the mobile number used in the app.
- Enter the confirmation code sent to your phone via message on the site. Then accept the terms of use of the environment.
- Next, click on “Complete your profile” and correctly enter all the data requested from you.
- Once you have entered the data, accept the token terms twice again and then you are a US Token owner. Welcome to the circle of owners!
How many US Tokens are issued in total?
Over 5 years, we will issue a total of 30 million US Tokens, which corresponds to a 30% stake in the company Forus International OÜ.
Am I obligated to collect tokens?
No. You can easily opt-out of collecting via the Forus Taxi app if you wish. However, you can also start collecting again in the app whenever you wish.
Am I obligated to exchange the collected tokens for a share?
No. Exchanging tokens for a share requires the token owner to sign a Token Rights and Redemption Agreement with Urmas Sõõrumaa, which can be found in the KOOS environment under the token owner’s account.
What should I do if I want to opt out of collecting tokens?
You can exit the US Token program at any time and relinquish or sell your tokens to other members of the US Token community through our registrar KOOS’s trading platform.
Do I incur financial risks or obligations by participating in the program?
No. You collect tokens to your customer account to the extent of 1% of your service consumption. Tokens do not create any financial obligations or risks for you.
